1. Download and fill in the registration form.
2. On-line payment by credit card in the JCC Smart portal

- In the field ‘Registration code’ of in the JCC form insert: FSK39-PAR
- Send us a copy of the transaction receipt to fsk2025@cut.ac.cy along with the completed registration form.
- Indicate if you require an official receipt by filling in the attached form below.
Financial Support for young scientists to attend the conference
The HSSTCM will cover the registration fees for the participation of 10 young scientists, members
of the HSSTCM, in the 39th Panhellenic Conference on Solid State Physics and Materials Science.
Apply to
hsstcm@hsstcm.eu till the 4th of July,
2025. Eligible applicants are:
- M.Sc. students and Ph.D. candidates in Greek Universities/Research Institutes. Certification
from the University/Research Institute that verifies the status of the applicant is necessary.
- Members of HSSTCM (in good standing).
- Those who have submitted abstract for oral or poster presentation in the Conference.
Priority will be given to the applicants who have accepted abstracts and did not benefit from financial support from HSSTCM for their participation in the Panhellenic Conference in the past as well as to the applicants with better position in the author list of the submitted abstract. In case of many applications, a draw will be conducted.
